The Hewlett-Packard Retirements Benefit Plan (the Plan) is managed by a board of Trustee Directors collectively known as the Trustee. Their primary role is to ensure every member, or their dependents if they die, receives the benefits they have built up with the Plan.

This form has been created for you to put a question to the Trustee Directors; to ask about how they work, their responsibilities, and what they can and can’t do.

Important! Please note that the Trustee cannot answer any questions about your individual benefits or personal circumstances. These questions are better put to the Plan Administrator.
