Nominating your beneficiaries

If you were to die, there are certain benefits that will paid to your love ones automatically. However, there are other benefits the the Trustee decides who to pay them to.

However, in making a decision, the Trustee will take your wished into account of your wishes.

To keep the Trustee informed of your wishes, please go to the ‘nominated beneficiaries’ section of your My Work Pension account. You will find this under the ‘Your account’ menu. Alternatively, please get in touch with the Plan’s administrator, Trafalgar House, and they will be able to send you a form.

You can change who you nominate at any time. It’s really important you keep your beneficiaries under review, especially following an event such as a divorce.

The Trustee will always refer to your most recent nominations when deciding who should receive your benefits.
