We know some members have found it frustrating that certain features on My Work Pension (MWP) aren’t yet available online and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
What we’re doing about it
We’re actively working to improve your MWP experience. Following the launch of live services, we’re now focused on broadening the range of features available and developing calculation functionality that works for as many members as possible – we understand how important this is to you.
